the reception staff and valet service were very good. the bar staff were also friendly. i found the room to be spacious and comfortable.
i visited for just one night on the weekend , but my room was completely standard. it was a shame since the online photos showed rooms with baths. i feel like i should have paid a cheaper rate.

the king room had nice modern decoration. it also had a shower room. the room size felt small considering it was a king room , but it was adequate for a short stay.

the reception staff were very helpful during my stay. i appreciate that they were polite and friendly. the valet parking service operated efficiently , but you need to give them half an hour's notice.

The staff were GREAT on arrival. the valet service was quick. It even included bottled water for my trip.
the room was COLD and did not feel cozy. the heating controls were not working properly.
